When will my order ship?
Ready-made items usually ship within [1-2 business days]. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity—I'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery:
Please note that I am not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by your country’s postal service or customs office. Once the package is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local regulations. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Care Instructions:
Each amigurumi is handmade with love and should be treated gently. To keep your soft friend looking its best:
    •    Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap.
    •    Avoid washing machines or dryers.
    •    Keep away from pets who love chewing yarn!
    •    For display, store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

What materials are used in your amigurumi?
Each piece is handmade with soft yarn (usually chenille or velvet) and stuffed with hypoallergenic polyester fiberfill. Specific materials are listed in each product description.

Are your amigurumi safe for children?
My creations are primarily meant for decorative purposes and are not recommended for children under 3 years old, especially if they contain small parts like safety eyes.

Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! I love creating custom pieces. Please send me a message in instagram: @amigurumi.bymaria with your idea, and I’ll let you know if it’s possible and provide a price quote.
